Detailed Day Wise Itinerary

• Day 1: Casablanca » Rabat[87Km]

  We'll pick you up at the airport and head into the city, giving you a first glimpse of the Moroccan countryside. We'll check out the Hassan II mosque, the biggest one in Africa, adorned with stunning tiles crafted with great skill. Please note that visits are unavailable on Fridays or religious holidays, and the last visit is at 2:00 PM. There might be a wait for tickets, so we might only get to see the outside. After that, we'll continue to the capital city, Rabat, where you'll spend the night in a comfy riad/hotel.

• Day 2: Rabat » Meknes » Volubilis » Fes[247Km]

  After having breakfast at the riad/hotel, we'll explore the Hassan Tower and the Mausoleum of Mohammed V. These were built as a tribute to the king, who passed away in 1961, and his son and successor, Hassan II, who was laid to rest here in 1999. Moving on, we'll make a stop north of Meknes to check out Volubilis, home to Roman ruins scattered across a wide area, offering stunning views of the valley and hills. Our day will end in Fes, where you'll enjoy dinner and spend the night in a charming riad.

• Day 3: Fes Sightseeing [Sightseeing Guided Day Tour]

  Have a whole day to explore Fes, the oldest of Morocco's "Imperial Cities". The medieval part, Fes El-Bali or "Old Fes", is well-preserved and untouched. While touring this area, check out the unique Bou Inania Medersa, the lively Medina, and the Qaraouine Mosque. Capture some great photos of the beautiful courtyard from the main gate and explore the famous souks. In the afternoon, you can visit Fes El-Jdid, or "New Fes", and the Museum of Moroccan Arts. The night will be spent at the riad.

• Day 4: Fes » Azrou » Midelt » Ziz Valley » Erfoud » Merzouga Desert[476Km]

  We'll leave Fes at about 8 a.m., passing through Azrou, where you can spot Barbary apes in the cedar forest of the Middle Atlas.

  For lunch, we'll stop in Midelt, known as the "apple capital", situated at the base of the Ayachi Mountain. Continuing our journey over the Tizi N'Talghamt pass and through the Ziz Valley, famous for its palm trees and long oasis, we'll come across countless small villages called "ksars".

  We'll pass through Errachidia and then Erfoud, known for its date festival and fossils. Upon reaching the bivouac in Erg Chebbi, you'll be welcomed with a cup of tea and have time to explore the dunes before sunset. Dinner will be served, followed by an evening of music, and you'll spend the night in a nomad tent.

• Day 5: Merzouga Desert tour » Erg Chebbi [Camel Trek]

  After breakfast, you'll hop on camels or stroll alongside them, and they'll carry all the stuff to make your lunch. The camel man will cook it out in the dunes. In the morning, you'll walk for about three hours and then another three in the afternoon, heading back to the bivouac for dinner and the night.

• Day 6: Merzouga » Rissani » Todra Gorges » Dades Gorges[273Km]

  If you wake up early, catch the amazing sunrise, where the dunes show off their colors and shadows play around spectacularly. After breakfast, you can enjoy a camel ride for a couple of hours (or less, depending on your preference) before heading to Tinghir and the Todgha Gorges for lunch.

  The journey goes through Tinjdad and the Todgha Valley, offering many chances to take a stroll, either along the river through the gardens or up the road on the other side of the gorges. Later, the route leads to the Dades Valley and the Dades Gorges, where you'll spend the night in a hotel.

• Day 7: Dades Gorges » Palm Groves of Skoura » Ouarzazate[133Km]

  After breakfast, there's a plan for a stroll in the Dades Gorges. When you're back at the car, we'll head to Ouarzazate, through the Valley of the Roses, known for its Rose Festival in May, where they make valuable oils, creams, and soaps. We'll also stop to visit the well-known Kasbah Amridil in Skoura. Once we're in Ouarzazate, you'll stay in a riad or guest house.

• Day 8: Ouarzazate » Ait Benhaddou » Telouet Kasbah » Marrakech[205Km]

  After breakfast, we head to Kasbah Ait Benhaddou, a special place recognized as a World Heritage site and featured in many Hollywood movies like Kingdom of Heaven and Gladiator. It's the most famous Kasbah in Morocco and one of the country's most visited places.

  Then, we continue the journey to Telouet, driving along a recently paved road high above a beautiful green valley. Telouet, surrounded by mountains, was once the residence of the last Pasha of Marrakesh, El Glaoui, who controlled the highest pass in Africa, Tizi N'Tichka. In the late afternoon, we reach Marrakesh after crossing this highest pass in North Africa.

• Day 9: Marrakech Sightseeing [Sightseeing Guided Day Tour]

  Marrakech is widely known for the lively Jamaa El-Fna square, where you'll find juice stalls, dried fruit, and nut vendors, ladies doing henna, snake charmers, storytellers, and lots of food stalls that light up the night. Depending on your preferences and available time, you can check out various places like the Majorelle Gardens, once owned by Yves St Laurent and famous for its unique blue, the Koutoubia Mosque, the beautiful Bahia Palace, the Quranic School, the Ben Youssef Medersa where about 80 Quranic students used to stay, and the Saadian Tombs. Your riad is where you'll spend another night.

  If you prefer, instead of a walking tour, we could arrange a cooking class for Moroccan cuisine, but that would involve an additional fee.

• Day 10: Marrakech » Casablanca[244Km]

  We'll take you from your riad in Marrakech to Casablanca airport so you can check in on time for your flight. That wraps up our 10-day tour from Casablanca services.
