Strolling through the city, you'll notice a fascinating mix of old charm and new developments. Spend the night soaking in the unique vibes of Tangier.

  • Day 2: Tangier » Tetouan » Chefchaouen[128Km]

Start your day with a delicious breakfast before setting out on a picturesque journey to the enchanting town of Chefchaouen. Along the route, we'll traverse through the Amazigh city of Tetouan, celebrated for its captivating Moorish architecture. Chefchaouen, affectionately known as Chaouen, derives its name from the encircling mountains. In the past, this town played a pivotal role as a hub for Berber tribes, leading the resistance against Spanish colonization. Tonight, find tranquility as we settle into the serene ambiance of Chefchaouen.

  • Day 3: Chefchaouen » Volubilis » Fez[232Km]

Enjoy breakfast before our journey takes us to the famous city of Fez. On the journey, we'll make a stop to explore ancient Roman ruins with the guidance of an expert, delving into the captivating history of this ancient town. Following that, we'll visit the sacred town of Moulay Idriss Zerhoun. As we travel through verdant landscapes and olive tree-filled forests, we'll take a moment to appreciate the breathtaking view at Sidi Chahed Lake. The day wraps up with a tranquil overnight stay in Fes.

  • Day 4: Fez Visit [Sightseeing Guided Day Tour]

After breakfast, a local guide will warmly accompany you on an exploration of the city and its historical treasures, including "Fes El-Bali, the Old Medina", "Al Qaraouine University", and the "Jewish Quarter". Fes, the fourth largest city in Morocco and a former capital during the Idrissis rule unveils its charm as you meander through narrow streets and impressive ancient gates. Fes El-Bali, the city's Medina, is notable for possibly being the world's largest car-free urban area, where goods are transported by mules or small motorcycles. Conclude your day with a restful night in Fes, immersing yourself in the unique atmosphere of this historic city.

  • Day 5: Fes » Ifrane » Cedar Forest » Ziz Gorges » Merzouga[465Km]

Once we've had breakfast, we'll start our journey to the desert. Along the way, we'll make a few interesting stops. We'll visit Ifrane, pass through a cedar forest in Azrou, reach Midelt, and stop at Errachidia reservoir. We'll also enjoy the beautiful sights of the Ziz Valley and make our way to Erfoud, which is often called "the gateway to the Sahara desert". As we approach the Merzouga area, we'll catch the sunset from the Borj d'Est viewpoint, which offers stunning views. Then, we'll drive to the Erg Chebbi dunes, and join a camel trek for a unique night under the clear desert sky. Stay in nomad tents in the heart of the desert an opportunity for self-discovery.

  • Day 6: Merzouga Desert » Todra Gorges » Dades Gorges » Ouarzazate[364Km]

Experience the magic of a desert sunrise during your stay in the middle of the dunes. Waking up early is a must to witness the breathtaking sunrise from a high dune near the camp. Take in the natural beauty around you before enjoying a hearty breakfast. Afterward, you'll ride camels back to the same spot where you started your desert adventure (optional car return available).

Next on our journey is the historical town of Rissani, the birthplace of the Alaouite Dynasty, which ruled Morocco over 350 years ago. Explore the vibrant marketplace on market days (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday). We then continue to Erfoud, where you can visit fossilized marble manufacturers before heading to the picturesque Touroug and Tinejdad palm groves.

An hour later, we'll arrive at one of the High Atlas's gems, the Todra Gorges. The river's course has carved a stunning canyon with towering rock sides, making it a popular spot for climbers. After freshening up, we'll travel to Ouarzazate, famously known as Hollywood Africa. This city has served as the backdrop for renowned movies such as "Gladiator", "The Mummy", "Kingdom of Heaven", and "Prince of Persia". Spend the night in Ouarzazate.

  • Day 7: Ouarzazate » Kasbah Ait Benhaddou » Marrakech[212Km]

After breakfast, we're off to Marrakech, with our first stop at the famous fortified Ksar of Ait Benhaddou, recognized as a UNESCO World Heritage site since 1987. Next, we'll pass by the renowned Kasbah of Telouat, once home to the infamous Thami El Glaoui, warlord of the Atlas Mountains. Despite its weathered exterior, the kasbah's interior reveals lavish decorations, offering a glimpse into the warlord's former life. Our journey continues through the stunning Tizi N'Tichka Pass, one of Morocco's breathtaking roads. Rest for the night in Marrakech.

  • Day 8: Marrakech Visit [Sightseeing Guided Day Tour]

Enjoy a day in Marrakech with a local guide. The city is famous for its Jemaa El-Fna, a lively square filled with unique smells, sounds, and experiences. You'll spend a good amount of time here taking it all in.

But Marrakech has so much more to offer too. You can explore places like the Majorelle Gardens, Menara, and Saadian Tombs, and wander through the Mellah, the old Jewish neighborhood. You can also take a walk along the city walls, and check out the modern side of Marrakech in Gueliz, where you'll find a more Western lifestyle.
